Reflections of a nineteen-year-old redhead.

Don't dwell on things you don't have. Embrace what you do have. Look at things in a new perspective. Treat yourself every once in a while. Color outside the lines. Love with all your heart. Have a little fun sometimes. Eat a whole tub of ice cream. Stick your tongue out. Take risks. Put yourself out there. Give flowers to someone special. Skip down the street. Do something spontaneous. Cry when your heart gets broken. Laugh often. Go to church regularly. Dance in the rain. Tell your family and friends "I love you."  Smile when you make a mistake. Make the seconds count. Live every moment like it is your last. You never know when it will be your last. Thank your Heavenly Father for everything you have been given. Every breath. Every moment.  Your life is yours. It is a gift. Make the most of it. You have a choice. Choose happiness. Choose joy. Choose.

Lauren, you are the best. I totally agree with everything you've said. So it could be reflections of a "much older person." Love you.
